Reunion Details

Cox National Reunion – Fri, Jul 17 – Sun, Jul 19

July 17 Friday: Meet and Greet,(5p-11p) welcoming our out-of-town family member at LaQuinta by Wyndham, 5120 Victory Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46203. Party Bus will pickup from hotel at 10p. It might end earlier depending on the level of participation. Come and welcome family!

July 18 Saturday:

A. Scavenger Hunt (7a-9a), bus pickup from hotel at 7am. Bus departs at 9am from Garfield Park back to hotel. There will be a sign-up sheet available at the Friday Meet and Greet.

B. Indiana Black Exposition (IBE) excursion from (930a-12:15p). Pickup from hotel at 9:30a. Will depart from IBE at 12:15p, back to the hotel. We ask local family members to drive independently to the convention center to join family & snap those pics! Wear your family reunion t-shirts (optional).

C. Gala at Primo Banquet Hall, 2:30p-10p (Includes Dinner/Meeting/Entertainment), 2615 National Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. It costs $50/person. Last day to pay is 7/7/26. Pay via Cash App @ $CoxIndyReunion (Specify Banquet or Gala in the comments on the $Cashapp). You can also pay by cash to a committee member. You will receive a receipt.

-Shuttle service from/to Hotel will be provided. Hotel pickup at 2:15p. Return trips begin at 930p

-Open Bar at Gala, doors open at 2:30p & please be on time·

-Dressy but not formal

-There will be a lot of festivities, food, and family fun!

July 19 Sunday: Worship at First Free Will Baptist Church (8:00a or 11:00a service), 2433 Barnes Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Asking all family members to attend one service.
